These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rh360 ("rh360", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the rh360 online gaming platform, accessible at rh360.bet, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

rh360 operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. All gaming services provided through rh360 are conducted in accordance with the regulations, rules, and directives issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the national regulatory body for gaming in the Philippines.

These Terms apply to all users of rh360, including registered account holders, guest visitors, and any individual who accesses any portion of the rh360 platform. By accessing rh360.bet or any subdomain thereof, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms and conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

Where any conflict exists between these general Terms and the terms of a specific game, promotion, or feature, the specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that particular game, promotion, or feature only.

Access to and use of the rh360 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming under Philippine law. rh360 strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before any deposit or withdrawal is permitted.
• Residency: The rh360 platform is designed for and directed at players residing in the Philippines. Players accessing rh360 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and responsibility.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship, or restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on rh360 or any PAGCOR self-exclusion register at the time of account registration or access.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an existing rh360 account. Each individual is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

To access the full range of rh360 services — including live casino games, sports betting, slots, bingo, and sabong — you must register a personal account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. rh360 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one rh360 account. Duplicate accounts detected by rh360 will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at rh360's discretion.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, current residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a functional email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rh360 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. rh360 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Suspected Breach: If you suspect that your rh360 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact rh360 support immediately at [email protected]. rh360 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• Account Currency: All rh360 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). rh360 does not support multi-currency accounts. Transactions are always processed in Philippine Peso.

rh360 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Philippine payment channels. All financial transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are currently supported on the rh360 platform:

• GCash: Real-time e-wallet transfer. Deposits typically process in under 60 seconds. Withdrawals to GCash are processed within the same business day upon approval.
• PayMaya: Real-time e-wallet transfer with similar processing timelines to GCash.
• BPI Online Banking: Bank transfers via BPI's online banking channel. Processing times may vary based on banking hours.
• BDO Online Banking: Bank transfers via BDO's online banking channel.
• Metrobank: Bank transfers via Metrobank's digital banking platform.

The minimum deposit amount on rh360 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. rh360 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice. rh360 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees — rh360 has no control over third-party fee structures.

rh360 operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable — meaning withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the limits and policies of each payment channel.

rh360 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the applicable offer. Players are encouraged to read all promotion-specific terms carefully before opting into any offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded on rh360 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without compensation. The expiry period will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an rh360 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is prohibited.
• Abuse and Fraud: rh360 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion that the bonus has been obtained or used through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of system errors. rh360's determination in such matters is final.
• Modification and Withdrawal: rh360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus and are actively wagering toward its requirements will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.

All games offered on the rh360 platform — including but not limited to live casino tables (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), RNG slot games, bingo, sports betting markets, and sabong — are operated in accordance with fair play standards mandated by PAGCOR and verified by independent testing laboratories.

• Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on rh360 use certified random number generation algorithms that are regularly audited. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are disclosed within the information panel of each game title.
• Live Casino: Live casino tables are operated by real human dealers under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or other real-world game mechanics — not by software algorithms.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting odds on rh360 are set by rh360's trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to market closure. rh360 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error is identified.
• System Errors: In the event of a game or system malfunction, rh360 reserves the right to void any affected game rounds or bets. Neither wins nor losses recorded during a verified system malfunction will be honoured. rh360 will make all reasonable efforts to restore affected accounts to their pre-malfunction state.
• Disconnection: rh360 is not liable for disconnections caused by internet service interruptions on the player's end. Where a mid-game disconnection occurs, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rh360 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to defraud rh360, its partners, or other players, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Use of Bots or Automation: Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the rh360 platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of rh360 promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated bonus harvesting, or any other method designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Money Laundering: Using the rh360 platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activities. rh360 is obligated under Philippine AML law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Underage Access: Allowing, facilitating, or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access or use the rh360 platform.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your rh360 account credentials with any other person, or using any other person's account.

rh360 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. By registering an rh360 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the rh360 Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by rh360 includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, government ID details, financial transaction records, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC and AML compliance, fraud prevention, personalisation of the platform experience, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

rh360 does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory bodies as required by Philippine law. For full details of how rh360 handles your data, please review the rh360 Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, rh360 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the rh360 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

rh360's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rh360 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your rh360 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• rh360 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption, error, or technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.
• rh360 is not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on information, game results, or odds displayed on the platform where such information was affected by a technical error that rh360 could not reasonably have prevented.
• rh360 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from your gaming activities or winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax obligations under Philippine law.

rh360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.
• Suspected violation of Philippine AML regulations.
• Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request through the rh360 responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure for cause, rh360 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause, or closed at the player's own request, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their rh360 account may do so by contacting rh360 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion options are also available directly through the account settings dashboard for players who wish to temporarily or permanently restrict their access for responsible gaming purposes.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to attempt to resolve any dispute directly with rh360 by contacting the support team at [email protected]. rh360 commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, rh360 is also subject to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators. Players who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with rh360 may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures.

rh360 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to PAGCOR regulations, changes to rh360 services, amendments to Philippine law, or for any other legitimate operational reason.

Where material changes are made to these Terms, rh360 will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by publishing a prominent notice on the rh360 platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the rh360 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not agree to an amendment are entitled to close their rh360 account prior to the effective date of the change and to withdraw any remaining account balance, subject to the account closure terms described in Section 10 above.
